Collection: Sausages

Our sausages are hand made in-house from our home grown pork mixed with herbs and spices loaded into natural casings; hog (6 pack) or sheep (8 pack), vacuum sealed in 100% recycled/reusable trays to prolong shelf life.  Although, we strive to link sausages to a similar size, no two sausages will be identical.  We pack similar sized sausages together so our pack weights will vary.  If you want bigger packs please contact store@graig.wales and we try to accommodate you.
