Eight traditional salt cured collar (muscle located in the shoulder) from our home grown pork. Collar bacon is marbled with fat. We offer smaller half size and full collar size by weight. We do not add water to any of our cured pork just curing salts at 3% which includes a small amount of preservatives (0.6%). Freshly Frozen for Optimal Taste
