Eight traditional salt cured collar (muscle located in the shoulder) from our home grown pork. Collar bacon is marbled with fat. We do not add water to any of our cured pork just curing salts at 3% which includes a small amount of preservatives (0.6%). Frozen Fresh for Optimal Taste
