At graig.wales, we believe in doing things the right way. Naturally, ethically, and with complete transparency. Nestled in the heart of the Cambrian Mountains, our smallholding is home to free-range pigs and sheep raised with care and respect. Every product we create, from our handcrafted sausages and bacon to our small-batch charcuterie, reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Unlike mass-produced alternatives, our bacon and gammon contain no added water - just 97% premium pork and 3% curing salt, the way it should be. We follow a true field-to-table, nose-to-tail philosophy, ensuring that every part of the animal is used with care.
