We only produce small batches of fresh products and will vacuum seal for freshness on day of preparation giving those products a shelf life of up to 13 days in a fridge.  After 9 days we will freeze any unsold fresh products for sale locally only, ensuring defrosted products will be optimum for at least 48 hours.
