Collection: Delivered Fresh

Bacon, Biltong and Sausages available from Monday 15th December 2025.

We only produce small batches of fresh products and will vacuum seal for freshness on day of preparation giving those products a shelf life of up to 13 days in a fridge.  After 9 days we will freeze any unsold fresh products for sale locally only, ensuring defrosted products will be optimum for at least 48 hours.
