Collection: Delivered Fresh

We will have a limited supply of fresh pork available for delivery from the week beginning 5th May 2025.

We only produce small batches of fresh products and will vacuum seal for freshness on day of preparation giving those products a shelf life of up to 13 days in a fridge.  After 9 days we will freeze any unsold fresh products for sale locally only, ensuring defrosted products will be optimum for at least 48 hours.
